We are located across the street from McChord Air Force Base on 34th St. S. 

If you're coming from WA-512 headed west, take the Steel Street Exit. Turn left onto Steel Street, and then take the 2nd right turn onto 112th St. S. Finally, take the 2nd right turn onto 34th St. S, and we will be on your right. 

If you're driving eastbound from Lakewood, turn onto Union Ave SW (by the Wendy's), which becomes South Tacoma Way, and then make a right on 112th St. S. Then take a right onto 34th St. S, and we will be on your right.

Our Mission

Our mission at Mercedes Auto Service Inc is very simple and straightforward, workmanship combined with honesty and integrity are the key elements at our repair facility.

We have a very old school approach to our repair practices and a open door policy to our workshop. 

We strive hard to stay current with the repair trends of the newer model Mercedes and we use only the best parts and diagnostic equipment in the course of business.                                                                                                         

We are also very skilled at the restoration and repair process for older and collectable vehicles, we have performed complete restorations as well as simply bringing many older cars back to life.

We maintained them for years to follow. We have kept many vehicles on the road saving our customers thousands of dollars for replacement automobiles.

The ownership here consists of two technicians that share a combined seventy years of automotive experience in the Puget Sound region, both are A.S.E. certified Master Technicians  and have specialized in Mercedes repair for the last eighteen years with primarily European auto experience prior to that.

Our primary goal is to provide our customers with superior service on all Mercedes vehicles while maintaining reasonable pricing and a much more user friendly alternative to dealer service and repair.  We strive to be competitive with our pricing on all service levels though we are not the cheapest shop in town nor do we try to be, after all Cheap is Cheap, Excellence in Workmanship is Priceless.
